Our Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your scrubora™ product. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to Return
1. Request Return
Submit your return request via our returns portal.
2. Ship It Back
Follow the instructions you receive. Pack the item securely.
3. Get Refunded
Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5 business days.
Conditions
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is defective
- Discounted or sale items are non-refundable
Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Defective or Wrong Item?
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we'll cover the return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund — no questions asked.
