Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right, submit a return or cancellation request through your customer account. You will receive a confirmation of your request by email.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at jaydentamis501@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items that are damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a return.
